I am excited to be continuing my blogging journey through this semester. Throughout this term, I will be posting content relating to my current class as well as other IT/Networking/Cybersecurity topics. This semester is also my penultimate semester, so I plan to be posting some project documentation as I build my portfolio. 

Cloud computing is not a new topic for me, but it is one I that would like to gain a greater understanding. While cloud computing has been on the rise for past two decades, the past five years have seen an enormous gain in usage and popularity. This trend will only continue to rise. As more small businesses, organizations, and enterprises look to improve their operations, cloud computing will become second nature for IT professionals. While I am familiar with most of the foundational concepts, I am looking to dive into the implementation, managing, and risk mitigation of cloud computing. Feel free to tag along as I complete this journey over the next several weeks!
